This rich 24-hour nourishing cream is for mature, rather dry, blemished skin with stabilized retinol and the innovative Equal Refining Complex. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and supports the skin’s natural regeneration process. Short-chain and long-chain hyaluronic acid ensures that the skin is optimally hydrated, aloe vera soothes the skin, and shea butter gives it a soothing silky feel.
