Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).

Shipping is flat rate of $6 unless order is $75 or more which qualifies for free shipping.
Since we are a register distributor for certain regions in the USA, we can only ship Janssen Cosmetics products to the following States:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order notification as well as shipping tracking via USPS or UPS for your order within 48 hours. Shipping lead time is typically 5 to 10 business days, but can be longer depending on holidays and backorders.
Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Flat Rate USPS Shipping
Please allow 5-10 business days for Flat Rate Shipping. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.
The U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the order within 3-8 days on average, totaling 5-10 business days. No changes can be made to the shipment. USPS will only attempt a delivery twice, so please track your package and make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.
UPS Standard Shipping
Please allow 4-7 business days for standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please then allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update it can be viewed by logging into UPS.COM for details.
