• Pomegranate extract: concentrated extract of pomegranate flowers (Punica granatum, flos) and a vitamin C derivative (sodium ascorbyl phosphate). Both pomegranate flower extract and sodium ascorbyl phosphate are known for their antioxidant activity. The two-component active ingredient not only promotes collagen synthesis, but also reduces the breakdown of collagen by inhibiting MMP-1 production. MMP-1 is a collagen-degrading enzyme and a main cause of so-called photoaging. Efficacy has been demonstrated both in vitro and in vivo

• Long-chain hyaluronic acid: forms a water-binding film on the surface of the skin and protects the skin from drying out through intensive moisture. Fine lines and wrinkles are plumped up
